Experience the abundant life He came to give us

All Creation Sings

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!” Psalms 150:6

I was watching a YouTube video of a gentleman playing on a piano in a mall. He was very slowly playing out soft keys. As I watched, his hand moved to the next key and pressed it down, I had a vision. I saw the sound of the note ring out into the atmosphere and it joined all the other sounds around the world. Everything on our earth is playing out a sound, causing a song with vibration, to be played out in the atmosphere. The sounds are then lifted up to the altar in a crescendo before Him. It is to bring glory and honor to our King.

We cannot know or see this truth unless He reveals it to us. That is why it is so hard to explain what I saw. I thought how will I ever put this into words that others will understand. When I shared it with my group of precious Operation Christmas Child ladies, one of them quickly sent me a YouTube of Louie Giglio. He shares the sounds the stars make to sing out their own melody to the Lord. He also shared the sounds of whales in the ocean pulsating their song to an unseen world beneath the sea. But nothing is hidden from Him. All of creation has its own sound and song being lifted up to Him in adoration.

William Congreves said, “Music has the ability to calm the savage beast. To soften rocks, or bend a knotted oak.”

When Saul was tormented in his mind by the demons he let in, he would call for David to come and play his harp. It was the only way that he could find relief from the madness in his mind.

“David would take the harp and play it with his hand and Saul would be refreshed and be well and the evil spirit would depart from him.” 1 Samuel 16:23

When I am wanting peace to envelop me, I either worship myself or put on worship music to listen to. We were all born to worship. It’s in our DNA. We will worship something and play out our song in life to Him.

Who are you worshiping

“Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him” Psalm 33:8
